2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding trucks, availability, and documents.
  • Maintain valid licenses, insurance, and operating authority.
  • Communicate promptly with the dispatch team.
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal transportation laws.

3. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay all agreed service fees on time. Payment terms may include a fixed fee, percentage per load, or weekly charges depending on the service agreement.

4. No Guarantee of Loads

While we strive to secure the best possible loads, we do not guarantee load availability, specific rates, or continuous work due to market conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ecom Logistics LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including delays, losses, or disputes arising between carriers and brokers.

6. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time due to violation of these terms, non-payment, or misconduct.

7. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services before dispatch operations begin. Once services are active, cancellation may not be eligible for refunds (refer to Refund Policy).

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
