2. No Refund After Service Initiation

  • No refunds will be issued once dispatching work has begun.
  • No refunds for loads that have been booked or confirmed.
  • No refunds for completed or partially completed services.

3. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • If a payment was made in error or duplicate transaction occurred.
  • If services have not yet started after payment confirmation.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before the start of services. Once operations begin, cancellation will not qualify for any refund.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The time required for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen road conditions.
  • Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the client.
  • Failure to accept loads or communicate with the dispatch team.
